The Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Laconia SA was founded in 1940 in Sparta. The mission of the Union is to improve the economic situation of producers – members having a key role in the secondary and tertiary sector of the agricultural economy by developing efforts to collect, produce and distribute the products of Laconian farmers.
